Make my pc Quiet!

Hi,

I have an oldish pc. Its a Amd 64 3200+ on a DFI lanparty n250gb motherboard. I also have a x800xt pe

I use the PC mainly for streaming video to my Xbx 360. It serves its purpose well but its too damn noisy.

I would like to get a fanless cooling solution for the CPU and the GPU. I'm not too clued up on them and I obviously dont want something thats going to let my cards fry.

Has anyone got any suggestions for me?
