Make/receive calls/SMS on Win8 tablet?

Anyone know of any software out there that will allow regular voice calls to be made to and from Windows 8 (not RT) tablets? Also, SMS ability?

Can't see this being a very popular option, but as my Latitude 10 has a 3G SIM in place for data work, using a 3 One plan SIM, I figured it would be good to see if I can use for SMS and occasional calls (via Bluetooth headset, most likely)

Seems early previews of Win8 showed a Metro tile detailing missed calls etc., and there were rumours of voice calling being supported - but I cannot find anything out there :confused:

I think that might be related with Skype integration ....not sure tho!

This doesn't help, but it's possible on macs using the 'message' app. It's awful when your boss is looking at your screen, and you get a sext. (serious)
