Make Taskbar Completely Transparent?

Hi i'm looking for a way to make my taskbar completey transparent, is there a away I can do this in VISTA?

heres a screenshot of what I mean taken from someone using XP

I have read that its possible using windows blinds but I dont really want to pay £20 just to get a transparent taskbar so any help appreciated
