Make User Account Control (UAC) Stop Blacking Out the Screen in Windows Vista

Personally, I don't use Vista but I thought this would be handy for the OcUK crowd

thats the main thing that annoyed me about it!

if it snapped in really quickly, it'd be an ok feature (and if there were different levels you could set it to, like level 1 for only major changes (software installations + hardware changes, and level 5 for major + minor changes)
