Make WinRAR faster?

Ok, so im extracting 3gb of data using winrar.

My CPU is on like 10% usage, is there any way to make it use 100% and speed up the extracting?

Make sure your using a new(ish) version and that multithreading is enabled. Don't unrar across a network if possible.

What's in the archive? Multiple smallish files or one large file?
