I am no photoshop expert...one person to contact might be the guy who recently posted in GD "my latest canvas" or something like that, his work was/is fantastic.

Yeah it would be fantastic if someone could turn me into an avatar, but I just wouldn't expect anyone to sit there for hours on end doing it, as it really would take that long ! lol
 
It really would if you wanted it 100% perfect. But I'm sure there are ways to shave time off :p

Not that hard actually, couple of different colour overlays, remove a few blemishes, a leather skin overlay and a bit of liquifying. Job done.

I saw this video recently.

Shows pretty vaguely what he did to make one. Altho I'd say he's missed a few bits to make it look really authentic. Also he looks as though he might be of Native American descent so that shape face does lend itself well to the shape of an Avatars

Yeah no problem, email me it if you want. Im skint at the moment, = less of a social life, so i get bored of an evening. :)

Give me an example of which one too, as i havent seen the film yet, except for the posters.
