Ok, I dont have a great budget. In fact I have next to no budget. Just wondering how I can make my case quieter easier. I have made no modifications to it yet, but would be willing to try.

Any ideas?

If the hdd's are hard mounted to the caddy which are in the dvd bays, I would suggest bungy cording them to reduce vibration to the case - I expect this is where most of the noise is from. Im not sure which water pump the LCS uses but that could be a source of noise - not really sure what you can do here.

Only other thing is replacing fans - but this requires money :)

i've read that having the pump screwed directly to the bottom of the case can cause quite a bit of noise, what could i do to mask that?

I have an old antec case, couldnt tell you the model only that its a big white thing with rubber bungies for the hdd's. could i just move them across?

Any ideas?
Throw it into closet because its front is acoustically completely leaky.

Besides trying to stop vibrations with mass damping+soft mounting and decreasing cooling performance (that's what decreasing fan speed does) that's the only way.
