Making a timelapse

Hi.

Got about 11,000 images, 2 minutes delay between them over a month.

What software would be best and how can I make a time lapse?

I tried Adobe Premiere Pro, but the computer just runs out of memory and the application literally crashes.

Any idea?

11,000 is the batch, there is about 300,000 images altogether.

No it's a webcam , recording to a PC using some software to take a pic every 2 minutes.
