Making a video a specific length?

I've got a video (.mov) and audio file which don't match up. I think the video was recorded at half speed or something and probably the audio wasn't started at 'exactly' the same time either.

So what I'd like to do is extend the video file to the length of the audio file and then save it out at that length. It won't match but it'll be better than nothing.

Does anyone know if there's some software which will allow me to stretch a video file to a specific length and then save it out again?

Yeah I tried that but it wasn't recorded at half speed either. Some weird speed, more like 3 times fast.

I've sorted it though, virtualdub to the rescue using the frames per sec and some maths to slow it down. ;)
