I thought I'd try and make a weight bench to use with a squat rack.
I'll make it out of wood approx 17x48x12 inches.
I'm wondering what to use for the top layer padding I thought I could put a layer of reasonably hard foam on a piece of plywood then cover and staple with the plastic kind of covering you get on real weight benches.
Does anyone know what this plastic padding is or what foam to use?
