Making a WinXP Disc.

I seen some peeps make a disc that is an install of winXP and all the extra bits that we use on it. It installs in 1 go.
Anyone no anything about this and how do i make one?

I spend so much time installing winxp then SP2 and fixes then drivers etc etc.
got 50 to do in total, this is gonna save so much time, unattened evan better.
