I've currently got an SG05 with a Gigabyte H55N-USB3, i3, Power Colour 5570, Prolimatech Samuel 17 cooler with a 120mm Fractal Designs fan, i'm also using the stock front fan with the case. At the moment the current combination is pretty noisy and I've been looking at the H60 or maybe changing the case fan and the fan installed on the cpu cooler but not sure which way to go. Any help gratefully received.

It depends on whether the fans you want to replace are the main culprits of the noise - have you tried temporarily disconnecting them to see exactly how much of a difference they add?

I'd imagine the PSU and GPU fans will be significantly contributing to noise, as both look like they are 80mm.

Either way, I'd be interested as I'm looking into a very similar rig myself :)

So i checked all the fans by disconnecting them one by one and found it's the PSU making most of the noise. Does anyone know if it's very difficult changing PSU fans, any help gratefully received.

Depends on the PSU.

Some use 2 pins and stuff, but you can always run the new fan wire out with the rest of the psu cables into the mobo. Just search for a tutorial :)
