Making apps available to other users?

I installed MS Office on my MBP, however it only shows up under my account, and not my girlfriend's... How can I make it so she can use the app through her account too?

So I effectively have 2 copies of the software floating around on my computer??

Sorted now- my GF didn't realise that it was under a folder called Microsoft Office in Finder- Silly girl!
