Making Beer

Right, Ive seen those beer making kits in Morrisons so what I want to know is if anyone has tried them, or any other products to make beer?
Is it worth it and will it actually taste any good.

avoid anything from morrisons tbh.

To be fair their bakery/pastries/pie section is like no other! Thinking about it makes me hungry for some steak and kidney pies with some cheese and onion pasties!
