Making commands for Speech Recognition in Vista possible?

Is it possible to make commands for speech recognition in Vista?

I tried that show numbers command for Opera, but it doesn't work.

Have you run through the tutorial/learning thing. The show numbers thing should work in any app.

Doesn't work with Opera, yeah I have ran the tutorial.

EDIT: Yeah, it does work actually, but is there any way of replying to a thread using speech recognition?

You should be able too, either by saying the name of the button "reply" i guess. Or show numbers then the correct number. Then just say what you want to type
