Well all my hardware arrives tomorrow but my copy of win7 will be here on friday/saturday.

My case is a cm 690ii lite and i want to go for a blue theme so what are the essentials. A couple of blue led fans and some cathode tubes ? Are the OCUK cathodes bright/ have a strong colour?

Also what are the essentials in cable management?

If i buy the prebraided cables am i meant to leave all the cables from the psu in a corner and then wire the pre braided cables from there because they all seem to be extension cables :confused:

I sold my bike and my mother is kind enough to buy my next one so i am fortunate enough to have an extra £250 now, besides im only going to put 1 led fan on the gelid if thats possible then maybe throw a cathode tube in the case :).

I mainly want to know about the pre braided cables :p

Next time il make sure i have a nice big budget for you to play with stulid ;)
 
So do you plug them into the psu or attach them to the cables already on the psu?

If you really want the cookie you can have it :D
 
Why thank you for your help mr stulid. If i manage to find a new weekend job, I promise i will buy the nice case next time :)
 
Braid the cables yourself, buy about 3m of Sata and a good 15m of small and do them, I do all my cables individually because I'm precise, I buy fans for the fun of braiding them. Its fun :D Something to do when you get bored.
 
Antec say my PSU has a 4pin atx and an 8pin eps but ASUS say that the motherboard needs an 8 pin atx. Would put the 4pin atx in and ignore 4 slots or put in the 8pin eps?
