Making Mixes - Software Suggestions

Good morning all, not sure if this is the right forum but I'm interested in making mixes for various music tracks in 1h formats and was wondering what software is good for this? Features I'd be looking for are:

-Import from Spotify, YouTube (if at all possible!)
-Apply crossfades/transitions between tracks
-Tempo change
-Transition effects e.g. reverb

Look at:

Ableton
Serato
Traktor

Do you want to do it on PC or a proper DJ mixer setup? Latter will be more expensive but way more enjoyable.

Cheers, will check those out. I'd just be on a PC. No gear/idea on a DJ mixer!
