Making MS-DOS self-extracting archives.

Is there any application or way of doing that can archive some files for me in winxp that I can then extract from proper DOS?

There was a program that would convert pkzip files to self-extracting archives. But for the life of me, I can't find it.

Just use ARJ, JAR or ZIP - Jar usually gave me the best level of compression when I compressed under DOS.

You could probably use any archiver that has a command line interface? So I think 7-Zip is a possibility.
