I've never really used outlook before, so this is probably a very simple problem.

I've added my @cam.ac.uk account to outlook and its working nicely, its just I want that to be my default account so I can sync the emails to my PDA. I don't know how you do this though.

At the moment it looks like this:

But I'd like to have my @cam.ac.uk emails going into my personal folder. Any help would be appreciated :)

hmm

best bet maybe is to add a rule

so any e-mails going to that e-mail account, gets filtered to another folder?

you can change the default delivery location in control panel - mail - data folders, but that changes where all e-mails get delivered to, and not specific ones

is that what you mean?

is there any mail in the personal folder? If not you should be able to just delete it by right clicking and selecting close.

Copy all emails to your personal folder and then goto tools>e-mail accounts>view/change e-mail accounts.
you should be able to set it as the default account and select the personl folder for emails.

hope it works.
