Making my own 'case' - do I need to worry about EMI?

I'm looking at converting a wooden (laminated chipboard) drawer carcase into a case holding three bare PCs (i.e. motherboard sitting on shelves inside the case).

The front of the case will have a large mesh panelled door for air intake (and suitable fan exhaust out the back) but do I need to worry about EMI emissions?

Can you get EMI shielding paint or would I be better off lining the case with metal sheeting?

You shouldn't have to worry. Quite a few computers have been built out of wood;

One thing you might want to do though, is run a wire from one of the motherboard mounting screws/risers to the PSU, to ensure its all earthed.

Yep, cheers for that. Was thinking about the perspex cases available aswell - no shielding there.
