Making My PC Smaller

Greetings,

I am looking to rebuild my current setup into a much smaller case to make it easier to transport about.

Currently I have:

CPU: i5 4690k
CPU COOLER: bequiet Shadow Rock 2
GPU: Zotac 970 AMP Omega
MOBO: Asus Z97 A
RAM: 4 x 4GB G.Skill RipJaws DDR3
CASE: NZXT Source 530
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 650W G2
STORAGE - 2 HDD and 1 SSD

I realise I will need to buy a new case and mobo but aim to reuse as many of my other components as possible. Please advise.

I've been looking at the Fractal Design Define Nano S, what is your opinion on this case?
Also, do you think I should upgrade CPU (Kaby Lake perhaps) ?

Cheers for the info dude - you've been a big help.
Ryzen 7 is very tempting but maybe a little out of my price range.
I'm thinking I'll probably wait til Zen launches properly at summer and make a decision then.
