Making Noises When Doing Certain Things

My computer has all of a sudden began making noises when performing certain actions.
If I maximise a video or stream, it plays the error noise that you hear like when a game crashes while starting up.
Also whenever I open up any program it plays the noise that I think is the one that plays when a message pops up on the screen, what I can only describe as the 'completed noise'.

I have no clue why it is doing this, but it is really annoying and slightly worrying.

I reinstalled my graphics drivers to see if that would help but it didn't do anything.

Any help would be much appreciated.
 
Checked out Sounds in control panel just to make sure they're not set up all weirdly?

Looking at them now, all seems normal as far as I can tell.

Under the sound tab in Sound both "Open Program" and "Maximise" are blank.

For reference, the maximising sound I am hearing is listed as the "Windows Critical Stop" sound, and the program startup noise I am getting is the "Windows Error" sound.
