So that there is one days rest between each routine, the only downside I see is that it won't follow a whole week, ie, each routine will move on a day and not be on a certain day of the week. I'm about to do my own shoulders/traps routine in about 5 minutes.
Or you could even do your legs/abs tonight? Change it to suit you. Sounds like your chest/triceps routine hit the spot alright!
