Making the text in Steam bigger?

I'm trying to read the posts in the community section of steam and the text is so small I have to get real close to the screen and its doing my head in. Anyway I can increase the size of the text?

I have literally just started trying to do the same thing as steam doesn't scale with windows (13.3" and 1440p needs scaling).

I only had a limited amount of time but I managed to increase the size of text in chat windows with the help of these instructions.

I could do with this, at 4k I can't read a bloody thing when achievements and the like pop up on screen.

Thats on a 58" TV!
