I know some of you love the Windows Key, but I've never used it and I'm not interested.

Is there any way to remap the windows key and maybe Caps Lock into a new key, primarily for use in games? An extra two keys within my WASD grasp would be superb.

I would preferably want to do this without having to open any software every time I boot, but if that is the most sensible solution then so be it.

Cheers.

Worked a charm, cheers :)

Any way to set it to a new key type? Like, one that isn't already on my keyboard?

I've got it on F11 atm, I'm making it my push to talk key for Teamspeak and I know some game will probably use F11 for something pretty annoying.

You can set any key on your keyboard to any of the key options that show up in the list when you choose what to set it to; not all of those will be on your keyboard.
But of the keys that aren't on your keyboard, I think they're all special function keys, which you probably can't assign ingame. How about setting it to F13/14/15? I have those function keys on my keyboard, but not all keyboards have them, so I don't imagine they'll be used routinely. Or put it to a funny shift character like ` (I always use ' for apostrophes).

Edit: I spose you might be able to add more keys by finding where it edits the registry and adding a key manually, then use copy/paste from Office symbols or suchlike, using random characters. Or maybe just accented keys, press Alt Gr + vowel (and a couple of consonants do it too)
