Making two monitors match

I dunno if this is possible but i am trying to configure my monitors so they match in contrast and colour and so they look as similar as possible.

I have a Dell S2408WFP 24" Ultrasharp Monitor which ive had for a while and i have obviously got used to the display whilst owning it. And i have just bought a Dell 24" S2409.

I have been playing around trying to change the settings so they match but when i think its right i look at something else and doesnt look right (too bright or too much colour etc)

I was wondering if theyre is a program that can help configure the screens to make them as similar as possible or perhaps if somebody has a guide to modifiy these two screens ? Is it possible or is it simply a case that the S2409 screen is such a lower spec panel im going to have to get used to it ??

thanks for replying but no the viewing angle on the s2409 isnt great but i have it angled as straight as i can get it.

If anyone has a S2409 could they paste there settings in here plz
