Making VLC default for DVDs?

Presuming this is possible? When I do "Get Info" on the disc on my desktop, there's no way of changing the default player...

System preferences > Cds & DVDs > When you insert a blank CD: Open with another application > Select VLC.

Muchas gracias, didn't twig to look there. Had been going from the VLC angle, rather than the OS. I'm getting used to Mac OS slowly
