malham yorkshire ????

am of here linkage in a couple of weeks shooting some pictures and am just wondering whats going to be the best way to shot this and what lens to use out of a sigma 70-300, canon 50mm f1.8 and a canon kit lens from a canon 350d which is the camera am using there lots of things here that am wanting to get like rivers and waterfalls picture from the top and goldale scar near malham

should be an interesting day out
 
Would you be able to post some sample pics from your 70-300mm sigma?

I'm thinking of getting the same lens. Sorry it's OT :(
 
Soz to go off topic here, but how did you take that shot of the moon stevo? When ever i try to take one with my Sigma 70-300mm APO they always come out looking really grainy once i have re-scaled them even though they've been shot in RAW :confused:
 
Malham is a fantastic part of Yorkshire. Unfortunately, I heard recently that Goredale Scar is virtually dry at the moment. Still plenty of photo's to be had though :)

lol just looked at your sig themask70 we have the same camera kit, and king_boru might be right try getting your iso down and your f up a couple of times to reduce glare from the moon and a tripod and wireless release is a helpful tool as well
