Malware Help Please

I keep getting bombarded with Malware. I use Malware Bytes to remove it and a day later It's all back. This is a screen print of the scan results, can anyone advise me as to what to do to get rid for good please? I am on Windows 10 and Defender is activated.

I would start with removing DNS Unlocker, I have come up against this a couple of times at work recently and it can be a PITA.

Follow the steps in this guide and it should get rid once and for all.
