Mame Multiplayer?

Hi There,

Just been playing with some mame roms, and I have a couple of mates coming round tonight. Any suggestions for some mame games that are two or more players?

Street Fighter Vs Capcom 2, and even pole position!

though this thread may tread a closable line, due the legallity issues with roms, as clearly not many people own the original Hardware for each game.

I didn't think there would be a problem as I'm not asking for anywhere to download the roms...if it is too thin of a line, then please, close it.

any of the street fighters. Simpsons, Turtles, final fight, puyo puyo, WORLD CLASS BOWLING, mortal kombat, moonwalker, golden axe

But whatever you do make sure you play:

Depends what game types they're into personally I'd go for:

Art Of Fighting (Street Fighter Clone)
Bubble Bobble (Platformer)
Double Dragon (Beat em up)
Final Fight (Beat em up)
Golden Axe (Beat em up)
Mortal Kombat (Street Fighter Clone)
Super Sidekicks (Football)
Super Space Invaders (Save the cows and 2 player simulatenously)

There's loads I'd just choose a genre and go through them. Personal faves for mates would be some Beat em ups but Bubble Bobble after a few beers could be fun!

Not necc. mame games but Tetris 4 and Bomberman 2 are amazing for multiplayer

edit: Or WinUAE and the freeware ExtremeViolence (google for the win)
