A former gang leader has been charged with Tupac Shakur's murder in Las Vegas in 1996.
Duane "Keffe D" Davis was indicted by a grand jury in Nevada, prosecutor Marc DiGiacomo has told a court.
"The presumption is great that he is responsible for the murder of Tupac Shakur, and he will be found guilty of murder with use of a deadly weapon," he's quoted by US media as saying.

Has the person really been found?

Duane Davis? How can he be called Duane Davis?

Thinking you got away with it for all that time

Just a shame that he's gotten away with the punishment for a while. From what I'd read he was the uncle of someone Tupac got into a fight with. So I reckon he could have been late 30s maybe. He's pretty much had his full life and now he's just an old man. Can't recall if California has the death penalty.

The guy is only 60 years old now. Not that old, but yeah he has had a decent life in the meantime!
