Man fined for blowing nose..

Its his word against the policeman by the look of it. I'm 99% sure the courts will throw it out.
 
Surely blowing your nose is a preventivite measure to avoid a much more dangerous possibility of sneezing? He should get a medal for preventing a major catastrophy!!
 
Serves him right, should learn to blow his nose with just 1 hand like the safe non-baby killing motorist that I am :)

Unfortuently it may be a simple as reported:

This is typical of some ****s getting a little power and then abusing it.
Remonds me of the time i got two tickets on my car for no Tax, same day, 60 seconds apart, by the same police woman.
( I had just imported the car and had not got documents for it yet, no documents, no tax) I was given a "producer" ie produce documents within 7 days or get fined and points (X 2 for two tickets)
I spoke to her and explained her mistake, to which she told me it was tough and I shouldnt be so stupid. I then spoke to her Sergeant and he ripped up both tickets and told her to apologise to me, she was not best pleased.
Apparently this happens with most newly appointed police :D
