Man Utd Trivia Help

Me and my mate were watching Premiership Years the other day and the year featured had an interesting fact about Man Utd (can't remember the exact year, 94/95 at a guess).

Anyway, apparently they had a French CB (bald head) play only 2 matches for Fergie to tell him that "he wasn't built for English football". It told you his name but we've both forgotten.

Anyone remember?
