Managed server in US or Europe

We currently have a managed server with Vidahost which is working really well.

However we now need a server based in the US or Europe for one of our clients.

We went with godaddy and it's a bit of a nightmare as their support isn't really up to what we require.

Does anyone have any recommendations for companies with a good support system. We are looking at about £200 per month if that helps.

Looking for dedicated managed if possible. We are looking for something similar to what we have with Vidahost.

Our UK server is the Silver package on this page:

We need as close to this as possible in the States or Europe.

Have a look at Jag PC in the US. I've used them in past and had no complaints. Support is up there with the best hosting companies I've ever used.

Going to ask a really stupid question now. Why do you need it to be in the States?

Thanks for the replies.

Luckily I found that the godaddy live chat was a bit better than their ticket system and they are actually quite helpful.

Although they couldn't fix my problem I managed to sort it myself and no longer need to look for another server!!! Happy days.
