Looking for advice regarding managed switches.
The one length of Cat5e that runs the length of our house is being replaced today with 4 lengths of Cat6 running side-by-side with the intention of increasing bandwidth between the 100+TB of storage and the devices that use them. The electrician was coming anyway so the extra work isn't that much extra and it seems that network bonding / link aggregation is the way forward as 10GB switches are still way too expensive.
What would your recommendations be for 16/24-port switches that allow this? Normally use Netgear but happy to swap.
