ugh.. head pounding, nose/throat raw, sniffles, tickly cough.

I've got Mancold™

I've prescribed plently of Hot Ribena, the occasional Lemsip when it gets too painful, and plenty of moaning and groaning.

If I were not overdue for my NVQ, I'd be at home right now, waddling around in my Dressing Gown and Slippers, but alas, I'm here, in the office, sufferring.

Oh woe is me..

Anyone else suffering from this mortal-wound like disease?

I'm not sure about the flu jab.. I don't take anti-biotics (never have, never will unless absolutely no other choice and the condition is life threatening )

I'm not a very conventional medicinal type person, except the odd lemsip when I get mancold/manflu

Seeing her again in a week.. I'll be sure to interogate her. Going ice skating as well and she assures me she can't skate, so if she lies to me I'll leave her stranded in the middle of the rink.

gah unless you guys have an awful taste in your mouth that you cant get rid of at all then you're not suffering

Bah men are wusses, and im a man, Woman get ill, thats it they get on with life, men get ill and they do nothing but moan, oh my throat, oh my head... Just get on with it and forget about it, if your anything like me it will be gone by friday

how can you complain about a mancold jenk, you slept in half a sleeping bag at an i event in freezing cold temperatures when we asked you to come to a hotel, and then refused a sainsburys breakfast the next morning.

er, nej on the hotel askage, but meh to the sainbury's.. I was actually enjoying the sleeping bag a bit too much

I downed a couple lemsip max capsules earlier, so the headache has subsided for now, but the dry throat is really bugging me.. I've drank so much today I am putting dogs to shame :\

GP, what's one of them then? Haven't seen my GP since I had a .. er.. scare, related to some 'news' I received from an ex about 6 years ago

Unfortunately, calling in sick is not an option for me for the next 3-4weeks.. I've got a deadline to meet on the 22nd Dec, if I don't, I lose my job Nice Chrimbo pressie, eh?
