I really don't know but I just think this whole thing is a disgrace. What happened to freedom of speech and all that. I can understand them banning some things such as religious terrorist propaganda but a violent game?

It is an 18 and therefor only adults can play it, they can send people to Iraq to shoot people and torture them but I can't play this game? What about surgeons? that is a gruesome job, blood all over the place, cutting up Bones but that is ok.

Why should the government decide what I play. Also it seems double standards even more when you look at some movies, there are some very disturbing ones that are not illegal.

And you can guarantee that in 30 years we will be like "what was all the fuss, lol they were so lame back in the 2000s". I mean look at moves banned in the 50s and 60s etc, they are tame by todays standards.

This stuff annoys me so much, I feel like going into school and killing everyone. :p

I was looking forward to this :( I really enjoyed the first one. I would have enjoyed it without the savageness too.

My my, some of the voiceovers in that game were hilarious. Anyone remember 'Well, let's not go there...' :)

I wasn't impressed with the first game. I didnt like the cinematic kill kam every time your murdered someone. would have been better ala hitman style. :)

I'm quite gratefull we miss out on this depressingly average nonsense, it gives all the prudes less chance to take a dump on the video game medium.

I didnt even think it was on the PC.
The rockstar site doesnt show the PC symbol at the bottem

Free speech is mainly an american concept. We have no constitution and no guarantee of free speech in this country. It wasn't that long ago blasphemy was illegal (perhaps it still is technically).

No there are free speech laws here i heard on news about em not long ago.

But then if u cant buy it in uk just get it imported or somit if u want it that bad. I mean cant stop somit u bought not in the country can they?

games traditionally have been about killing things, shooting the baddies or whatever. Too much censorship and paranoia these days, but yea even this computer games isnt as bad as a lot of big movies for gore factor and violence.

The censorship law only applies to physical goods, so technically we are allowed to buy the game content via a download.

they should force everyone to play this in one big room, anyone that starts going real-life mental, ban him!

games/movies don't make people nuts, but there are always nutters out there who just need something to copy (so games/movies get the blame)

better if they're out in the open!

i loved the first one! i just hope it comes to the uk. to be honest it made me laugh more than anything just like postal 2 when that came out.
