So a few days ago, installed Manjaro. It put itself 1st in Devices to boot. I put windows first again it is the BIOS booty list, not Grub. So, I thought Manjaro wouldn't care, why would it? Well changing it in BIOS made Manjaro not boot, when I choose the Manjaro drive windows boots???

Sometimes there are 2 places that need the change i.e. the boot order and the UEFI boot option. What you can try is looking up your motherboards boot menu key (it's be a function key) and spam that at boot; then select the Manjaro config from there.
