manual psu start?

hi all wanting to quick test a psu wondering which pins i need to short to start it up with out anything connected its a 24 pin atx

Just a health and safety warning... unlike in that link... for goodness sake don't play about with a PSU with the case open powered up - and be very very careful even when its not powered up if you do anything inside - very easy to get a lethal shock.

No it's not that, when I was younger i used to play with stuff like that and nearly got fried!
