Manually Adding Cover Art to iTunes

How do I do this, and does anyone have any good sites for getting cover art from?

Is it a case of embedding the cover into the mp3 using something like mp3tag?

I'm on the Windows version if it makes any difference *boo hiss* etc etc.

Found a site called Discogs for cover art, had everything I've looked for on it so far.
