So, woke up this morning after a nice night of a few beers - looked in the fridge and we had a ton of meat leftover from a BBQ. What do you do?!
Now the obvious answer is to keep it and have a BBQ later tonight and use it all up. But oh no, after remembering how awesome Haircut & Razors Sandwiches were it had to be done
We went with:
1 Tiger Loaf
18 Sausages
8 Burgers
1KG Onion Rings
500g Cheddar
500g Potato Croquet
Tomato Ketchup
BBQ Sauce
It ended up weighing over 4KG and it was about 11,200 Calories in the whole thing roughly.
Here's some pictures of the various stages and finished product. We tried to eat it between 3 of us but couldn't quite manage it.
It became really cold and the Croquets and Onion Rings just started to go to mush and when that's cold it isn't very nice.
If we did it again we'd probably drop the Croquets, possibly even drop the Onion Rings and have it as smaller bits so that we could chomp it down whilst hot easier.
Pictures!
