About to cook some for breakfast/lunch (I work a late shift). How do I do them?

I usually just stick them under the grill don't want to sinks the house out this time. I have read about jugging, has anyone tried it?

I ended up putting them on a jug of hot water for 5 mins. Turned out really well

I grill them myself this makes the bones so brittle that you don’t notice them

I usually grill them but fancied coming home to a pong free house

The big bones came out easy enough, the small ones go down fine with some hot buttered bread
