Typically the products at Computex are pre-production samples.

Once showcased, manufacturers typically then have to start work on tooling for mass production, this can take 2-3 months, then the first production runs can take 4-6 weeks, and then shipping from Asia to Europe can take another 3-4 weeks too.

So effectively that is up to 5-6 months.

P.S. Tooling costs can run in to hundreds of thousands of dollars to get sorted too.

That made for very interesting reading thanks for that, its nice to get a wee insight as to how it works and what's going on in the big scheme of things.

BeQuiet announced their first ever case at Computex.

** No hotlinking images, thank you **

I'm happy to see them get into the case business, if you think about it there's not many manufacturers who primarily make silence-optimized cases.
