Right, my brother turns 16 in october, and he wants to ride a moped and has some questions:
Does he need a provisional licence to take a CBT?
How much is a CBT, how long does it take and is it difficult.
Is a 50cc moped and a 50cc scooter the same.
Does he need a passport to apply for a cbt/provisional licence.
Can he apply for his cbt/provisional now?

Does he need a provisional licence to take a CBT? yes
How much is a CBT, how long does it take and is it difficult? £100 about 1 full day if he is a bit of a spud then maybe they will ask for him to come back on day 2
