many questions...my i7 860 at the core is an uncomfortable 77c but the cores are a slightly more bareable 67 to 74c. Which one is a more accurate temp? What is a realistic temp limit for a lynnfield cpu?

I can't seem to get a stable 4.0GHz oc even at a ridiculous 3.75v. Is it normal to hit some kind of wall?

I can't adjust my IMC or PLL voltage on my ASUS p7p55. Under the auto setting IMC is 1.32 and PLL is 1.8. Are these ok? How can I put these onto manual? I haven't auto tuned or anything...

Many thanks if anyone can answer any of these questions!

you should be able to adjust dram/vtt voltage

core temps are what to go off as they get hottest and anything below 80c is fine
