Hi there we have 30 com port devices that have 16 com ports each now when you plug them into windows xp port 1 may have com 14 port 2 may have 16. etc.
we have 30 servers that we need to map the 30 devices to. now we have done 1 which took quite a long time.
as they each com device has the same range of hardware id across its com ports. im wondering if we could find the com map config file & copy it to over machines so we do not have to manually map them
any ideas were this is located
