Marathon vs. Food

over here they sell 50 piece.. well buckets, for $10.

Works out to about 2300 calories, 110g protein, 150g fat, 150g carbs, 4.5g salt.

If you didn't eat anything else all day it wouldn't be that bad actually.

100 at once i wouldn't want to try it. 100 Chic Fil-A (my favorite fast food BTW) nuggets is another story, they use actual chicken.

50 chick fil-a nuggets would come out to

1660 cals
75g fat
175g protein
70g carb
6.2g salt

You can tell the difference of ingredients from the numbers.

That chic-fil-a tray actually looks very nice.

I don't know about in the US, but they use real chicken breast in Mcnuggets over here now. They used to be reconstituted a few years back but are now apparently 100% chicken. Although I have just looked at the ingredients on the site and it says the chicken content is 45% with the coating making up the other 55%.

Couldn't you cancel out the regular sodium chloride salt by drinking 40g of POTASSIUM chloride in a milkshake or something?
 
That's a lot of burger. I don't think I could do it, and this is coming from someone that has polished off entire buckets (10 piece) from KFC on his own in the past :D
 
Doesn't sound like he went ahead, or if he did, RIP our nations rose!

That Marathon bar looks huge, must be American, looks double the size of an English snickers
