Mariokart non-loading issue

On my 2nd copy of mariokart now, but still not working. Insert the disc and is turns but doesn't load ':O( Any ideas? All other games are fine except m-kart.

I returned the first but it isn't the game at fault......

I returned the first but it isn't the game at fault......

Contact Nintendo and they'll sort you out with a replacement console, if its the same problem you've had with two copies of the game it seems likely its the machine.
