What job do you do that stops you having a drink? Or stops you having a handful of nuts?
Depends wether that much protein (work out your current macros). Likely to be better to add fats or carbs. Nuts is an easy way to put you in caloric excess.

Mix those two together and you get a bulking drink, tastes really nice with natural flavour due to the addition of oats.
Lob what you need in a shaker, add water when you need to take it.
Trying to clean bulk 



. As most people are saying, I wouldn't bother with the shakes, they are just full of calories, and there are a lot cheaper ways of getting those. You could eat a stick of butter for instance
. Sorry I said I was going to be useful. If I was to recommend something it would be powdered oats in a protein shake, as has already been suggested, I think they taste better with oats
