Mass/Bulking Shakes

Depends wether that much protein (work out your current macros). Likely to be better to add fats or carbs. Nuts is an easy way to put you in caloric excess.

What job do you do that stops you having a drink? Or stops you having a handful of nuts?

Not a fan of nuts, snacks are ok and drinks but meals not really possible at desk.
 
Not the most relevant comment but the title just reminded me of a joke at my gym. There's this guy (called Jake) who is a little fat and is a little silly sometimes with training and things. Anyway, someone was asking if I thought he used gain shakes because his diet isn't awful just a little messy. This guy misheard and said "Did you say Jake-shakes, whats that 2 pints of double cream?" :D

I spose I should add some useful input :). As most people are saying, I wouldn't bother with the shakes, they are just full of calories, and there are a lot cheaper ways of getting those. You could eat a stick of butter for instance :D. Sorry I said I was going to be useful. If I was to recommend something it would be powdered oats in a protein shake, as has already been suggested, I think they taste better with oats :).
 
What others said. Do not waste money on gainer/bulking shakes. Just mix milk with a cup of oats, a scoop or two of whey in a blender (if you don't have one already, get one!) and a couple of spoons of peanut butter or something calorie dense.
