Mass Effect 2 DLC

I am in the process of selling on a used copy of Mass Effect 2.
I have played the game and downloaded the Cerberus Network DLC and most of the missions etc. These came free with the game btw.
Does anyone know if these can be downloaded again?

If you sell ME2, the Cerb Network and the DLC are locked to you, so the new owner will need to pay £10 (Or thereabouts) to get access to the Cerb Network, and they won't have access to your DLC, they'll need to pay if they want it.
